DigiDocFlow brings the power of scanning simplicity to everyone. DigiDocFlow offers you the possibility to create a digital archive by scanning directly from your multifunctional device. In just three simple steps, your document is scanned and intelligently stored within your network, as a text searchable PDF file. Simply place the document on your multifunctional device, select a predefined workflow and push the button. One of the biggest advantages of searchable PDF files is that they can be retrieved within seconds, from any workstations on the network, by doing a simple key word or phrase search.

DigiDocFlow is able to scan and store documents in the correct location within your Windows file structure, home directory or email address. But when you use another application, like a financial, document management, CRM, ERP, DMS or legal application, all the information about the business relations, invoices, projects and opportunities is listed in the database of that application. In this case it would be much easier to scan and store documents directly in that application. With DigiDocFlow this can be done very easily.
